At Arinamm Herbal, we believe that true sustainability is not just about protecting the earth, but also protecting and empowering the people who live on it. Women have always been the traditional keepers of herbal knowledge in Tamil Nadu.
We actively partner with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in and around Karur. By turning their generational knowledge of roasting, grinding, and herbal formulation into steady livelihoods, we help these women achieve financial independence and elevate the standard of living for their entire families.
Skill Development
We provide free, hands-on training to local women in hygienic manufacturing processes, packaging, and the traditional methods of cold-press soap making and health mix roasting.
Fair Trade & Wages
We bypass middlemen to ensure that the women who craft our products receive direct, fair wages above the market standard, allowing them to support their children's education.
Micro-Entrepreneurship
Beyond employment, we help SHG leaders understand business basics, inventory management, and quality control, turning them into independent rural entrepreneurs.
