You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Because we sell consumable natural products, we have strict guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of our herbs for everyone.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unopened and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The original safety seals and packaging must be completely intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is perfect).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used herbal blends, teas, or tinctures.
- Custom-made or personalized herbal orders.
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
